Kasia Swintak (She/Her)

Kasia Swintak is an arts administrator and soprano originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She received her Bachelor of Music – Performance from the University of Manitoba’s Desautels’s Faculty of Music. After graduation, she gained administrative experience at Manitoba opera companies such as Manitoba Opera and The Little Opera Company and was a coordinator for the TD Winnipeg International Jazz Festival. Kasia is excited to continue her career journey here in Toronto and contribute to this city’s vibrant arts and cultural sector.

Claudia Lee Horna (She/Her)

Claudia Lee Horna is a multi-genre violinist and media composer from Peru. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Berklee College of Music and a Master’s Degree from the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program. With over ten years of experience as a musician, Claudia is passionate about uplifting the Arts and promoting cross-cultural collaboration. She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certification in Arts Management from Centennial College in order to expand her skillset and support the Arts and Culture sector from both the creative and administrative side.

Michael Osheku (He/Him)

Michael Osheku is a passionate professional hailing from Nigeria and is now based in Toronto, Canada, he has a rich background in the arts and creative industry. With over 7 years of experience, Michael has excelled in film programming, event management, and art curation. As an arts manager, he specializes in coordinating exhibitions, festivals, and events. He is the founder of Africa’s most prestigious mobile event, the African Smartphone International Film Festival, Michael is dedicated to enriching the global arts landscape, providing platforms for emerging talents, and fostering creative expression worldwide.

Melika Saeeda (She/Her)

Melika Saeeda is an Iranian-Canadian illustrator, visual artist, and muralist based in Toronto, graduated from the Art University of Tehran. Since then, she has been actively engaged in diverse illustration and mural projects. Notable collaborations include partnerships with the Toronto Reference Library, Bell Box Canada, StreetArts Toronto, TIFF Festival Toronto, Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (TOAF), Steps Public Art, CBC Music, Polaris Prize, and more. Recognized for her artistic achievements, Melika is the proud recipient of the Society of Children’s Book Illustrators and Writers Tomie DePaola Award in 2022 and the Glass Slipper Award in Montreal in 2019. Presently, she is expanding her horizons by pursuing a Postgraduate Certification in Arts Management at Centennial College in Toronto. Her goal is to deepen her knowledge and experience, acting as a bridge between the art community and the broader creative sector.

Oliver Irrgang (He/They)

Oliver Irrgang is an abstract visual artist with an educational background in cultural anthropology. Oliver hopes to bridge their interests for Arts Management, artistic creation and cultural history to create programming in the arts and cultural scene in Toronto that is inclusive, diverse, and continues to serve marginalized communities. Oliver is working towards developing a fulfilling career developing educational and artistic programming within the arts and culture sector of the GTA.
